These terms concern the Railverai informational website and its enquiry form. They are not a financial account or payment services agreement.
1. Website operator and purpose
The website is operated under the Railverai brand by Nexyrium Systems LLC, a Wyoming-registered company. It introduces our product plans and provides a way to contact us. References to financial workflows describe the intended software experience and do not establish current availability.
2. Product demonstrations
Balances, payment scenarios, code snippets and policy responses are illustrative. They are not live quotes, executable payment instructions or documentation for an available public API. A demo request does not create an account, confirm a meeting, approve eligibility or authorize funds to move.
3. Financial services and third parties
Railverai is not a lender or bank and does not sit in the flow of funds. Railverai products are issued by various financial institutions pursuant to their licenses. Any future use of a financial product will depend on its institution’s eligibility rules, terms, supported locations and disclosures. A link to a third-party website does not incorporate its terms into these terms or promise that its services are available through Railverai.
4. Enquiries and personal information
Send accurate contact information and only information you are authorized to share. Do not use the enquiry form to submit financial credentials, private keys or identity documents. The Privacy Policy explains how enquiry information is handled. Contact about your enquiry does not, by itself, constitute consent to unrelated marketing.
5. Permitted use
You may use the website to learn about Railverai and make legitimate business enquiries. Do not use it to impersonate someone, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software or interfere with other users. Viewing a public example does not authorize security testing against production systems.
6. AI and agent examples
The website does not appoint an agent to act for you. Planned AI features may produce incomplete or inaccurate results and will require review in their intended business context. Actual agent use will require separately defined permissions, approval rules and service terms. The examples on this website cannot substitute for those arrangements.

Railverai and the relevant rights holders retain their rights in website content and software, subject to applicable licenses and law. No rights in a financial institution’s systems, APIs or branding are granted by this page. Information on the site is general product information, not individualized financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Website content may change or become unavailable. Planned features and timelines are not contractual delivery commitments. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
