Make a request
Use the linked form, choose “Privacy request,” and briefly state whether you are requesting access, correction, a copy or deletion. Include the email address used for your original enquiry and, if available, its reference number. Do not include passwords or identity documents.
What happens next
Your request is saved for review. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or authority before disclosing or changing personal information. Applicable legal exceptions may require some records to be retained; a deletion request is not a promise that every record can be immediately erased. Rights and response obligations depend on applicable law.
Financial account closure
This website currently accepts enquiries and does not create live Railverai financial accounts. For closure of a financial account, contact the institution providing that account. Deleting an enquiry does not close a third-party financial account or your ChatGPT account.
