Digital Asset
Disclosures
Digital assets have risks that differ from traditional bank deposits. This general notice does not establish availability of a particular asset or service.
Value and redemption
Stablecoins may trade away from their reference value. An issuer’s reserves, financial condition and redemption rules can affect your ability to recover value. Losses may be substantial.
Network and transfer risk
Incorrect addresses, unsupported networks, congestion or technical failures can delay transfers or cause loss. A submitted transfer may not be cancelable. Verify the destination and final status with the service provider.
Insurance and provider arrangements
Crypto assets are not covered by FDIC deposit insurance. FDIC protection for qualifying bank deposits does not insure against a non-bank company’s failure. Review the exact product, institution and applicable protections rather than relying on the appearance of a combined balance display.
Automated workflows
Automation can repeat an incorrect instruction quickly. A valid policy check does not establish that a recipient is trustworthy, an invoice is genuine or an asset is suitable. Verify source records, network selection and authorization before a provider executes an instruction.
Before using a service
Review the institution’s terms, costs, withdrawal restrictions and supported jurisdictions. Railverai’s examples do not guarantee redemption, investment returns or recovery of funds. Refer to the applicable product-specific disclosures before using a service.
